"Do It Yourself" Technology Tips...

Most of the issues with your online component can be fixed on your own. Here are some tips BEFORE contacting a computer tech:

When working on assignments online, please consider cleaning ALL history/cache/cookies, etc. in ANY browser BEFORE login in to the online component (Blackboard and CLC included)

Saving passwords online may not be a good idea. Especially, if you  need to do an online test on a public computer. (Typing a password will help your brain active and ready!)

When you are done (and whenever possible) delete ALL history/cache/cookies, etc. BEFORE closing the browser(s). Close all the programs and restart the computer if you are done working for the day.
