Use ON
Detroit is on the Canadian border and on the shore of Lake Ontario.
- The corner, the floor
Use ON
The Associate Dean's office is on the second floor.
- Specific address (number and street)
Use AT
She works at 111 North Genesee Street.
They live at 305 Lake Cook Road.
- Specific businesses, stores, schools, parks, etc.
Use AT
