Employee Climate Surveys

In keeping with its committments to continouous impovement and institutional excellence, the college conducts annual employee climate surveys that assess various factors contributing to satisfaction and engagement among faculty and staff. Internal (in house) and external surveys are conducted on a biennial basis to ensure the college is able to monitor trends over time and compare itself to local and national insitutions. Results of the employee surveys are reviewed by college leaders, departments, and committees to identify strengths and areas for improvement that are addressed through institutional and departmental strategic planning initiatives.
