Do you need to submit a VOICE INSERT (record your questions into an audio file) on .mp3?

"Sanako Voice Insert" works in Chrome on any updated Laptop, PC, Chromebook or Mac (Safari). Is a very simple online tool that can let you insert/record your answers into any mp3 file. Remember to 'allow' access to the device's mic before (sorry, not for cellphones at the moment). To access Sanako Voice Insert, click on the image below and select "Load audio" to start.

Need Tech Support?

Most of the issues with your online component can be fixed on your own. Here are some tips BEFORE you contact the tech support:

  1. START “FRESH”.

Clean the browser's history/cache/cookies, etc. and "restart" BEFORE login in to any website: online component, Canvas, and or CLC's website. Consider restarting your computer or the device to avoid any issues. Yes, restart a Mac computer, too!

2.  “MIND YOUR MIND”

Saving passwords online may not be a good idea. Especially, if you  need to do an online test on a public computer. (Typing a password will help your brain active and ready!)

3. CLOSE AND RESTART.

Delete ALL history/cache/cookies, etc. BEFORE closing the browser(s), when you are done (and whenever possible). Close all the programs and -especially- turn off the computer if you are done working for the day.
